fences between pages/desktops failure

recent upgrade to win 10. was using fences free (for many years). As it doesn't work with W10 now trialing v2.

I have created a new fence on new page, even dragged an icon into it from first page, but dragging fence to edge of screen does not work, it just compresses fence.

what does work (as stated by mrosten) is dragging fence to right edge then, whilst holding fence, pressing alt+right. This is unsatisfactory for those of us blessed with the normal number of hands and fingers.

interested to see if this can be resolved before the 30 day trial is up.
