A wee, teensy CursorXP suggestion for the future...

I LOVE this prog...but I was wondering if perhaps with the next CursorXP update (if there is one) that the names for the different cursors could be the same names as the WIN default names? When making my cursors I was confused at first that the "Hand" cursor was actually meant to be the "Link Select" cursor. This is a very minor detail...but I'm just puttin' it out there (I imagine is is easy to change something that minor).

Other than that, this is such an amazing cursor program! It makes even MY cursors look acceptable! WOO HOO for Stardock!

I feel like crying all the time because I can't use Cursor XP I love this program but darn it I'm Using Windows ME > Just love all the cursors everyone makes. I just wish I could use them

Gadget, don't feel bad. I had ME...but I re-formatted and went to XP. It was a life-saver. But if ME works for you...you know the saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

You'll probably need to move up to XP soon though...So keep making backups of all your important stuff.

Shmoopy, I just saw your website. Love the colours and I just love your work! I have a question for you. Are you allowed to post the name of your website in your profile if it does not relate to skinning, graphics, etc...

Yes, I'm allowed to. Actually it 'auto-shows' your website if you put it in your info as long as you allow your 'email' to show in your edit options. I opted out after a 'rash' of spammers were hitting this board for a while.

I should say, Yes YOU are allowed to.

Anyone's homepage etc. is allowed on their own profile just so long as they check the box, "Show email" or something akin to that.

Is it a good thing to do? Mine is related to decorative painting, faux finishes, trompel'oeil and murals... so different from graphic art. I thought it had to pertain to that

Well, your website can be about anything as long as it's not warez, porno etc. (like I need to say that to you) but just being thorough in case anyone 'else' is watching.

Heck, you could have your link to your kid's photos etc. It's just a 'personal' bit is all.

Mine happens to be graphics because now that's what I'm solely 'into' but I once had a totally goofy homepage. hehe!

HOLY MOLY Gadge! I LOVE YOUR stuff! Looks like you master, trompe 'something' or other which means to fool the eye!... /me 's brains are on low gear and so is her horrid Francais. hehe

/me's lil' sis is an interior designer! She LOVES stuff like this that you do and does it to!

/me did some 'painted' wallpaper on her daughter's bedroom and bathroom...it was fun!

/me once did a wall mural for her newborn nephew...she did a sky...with clouds on the ceiling, and then a sea with fish...down lower...and the waves spashing in the middle of the wall and a little boat floating on the seafoam with a Teddy Bear fishing...and the boat was painted "SS Scotty" named after my Nephew...hehe...took me a month to complete but it was mighty cute!
