WB and multitple users

Hi. I'm running WindowBlinds on Windows 8.1, there's no problem with anything considering the UI, themes or anything like that.
I just have a problem making it load on startup for all users.
For the user that installed it on the computer it loads, but when logging out and logging in as a second user, I get the default windows UI.
Any easy way to fix this? Tried running wbload etc manually but didn't do any difference.

Have you applied a skin for the second user?

Each user account has its own skin settings.
