Fail to install

Unhappy. Bought Object Desktop Manager mostly for Start10.

Start10 fails to install, reporting Code 101. Google Translate will not translate "Code 101" from Start10 language, so that I might try and fix the problem.

Anybody speak Start10 language, or do I need to ask for my money back?

OK. Downloaded Start10 separately, and installed Start10 by itself.
