any decent graphics program and a text editor will do the trick. Nothing special needed other than a knowledge of XML programming.

Powered by SkinBrowser!

I was wondering about that a long time ago too, go to your windows map, and open a wmp skin icon with winzip, you see there are all kind of graphics hiden in there, unzip it in the same directory, and then once you change a graphic your skin change too, there is also a .xml file in there, it has some basic java style codes, it shouldn't be to hard to get the hang of it. hope this helped you.

I know The Skins Factory had a newstory about it. Then someone said somthing about downloading dancers (at 700mb each!)

Does anybody have it and how is it going? You think you can have a party in your house with this skin up on Party mode full screen?
