I can't find cursors that look like a crosshair anywhere

hello, I've been looking all over the place for a cursor that looks like those game crosshairs in game menus like soldier of fortune or delta force etc, it will be sweet to find one that's like semi transparent and becomes solid with locked on target animation during mouse over that starts out expanded then contracted to the target area, waiting to be clicked then confirms target hit, I should try to make my own but I'm already spending too much time playing games and making maps and mods for it. Please, if anyone would make one that will be killer.

I went looking to see what crosshairs look like and found this site http://www.bullseyecrosshairs.com/index.htm that has over 500 crosshairs. Looking at the different designs gave me an idea of what crosshairs look like. After the project I am working on is finished, I would like to do a set of crosshair cursors. Looks like that would be a nice project to do. Thanks for the tip.
