CursorXP Theme in picture on front page

What is the theme in the bottom right of the picture for CursorXP 1.30??? i d/led the new version thinking it would be included, but its not. anyone have any idea?

that's an oldie... gear was out back when the program was still called Cursor EX.. and I bought it back then...

happy when stardock took over the project... and over night there were tons of themes
