I still have not received my product
I bought "stardock DeskScapes" in 11/14/2015 and so far not received.
I have sent an email on 11.18.2015, but not yet received the product.

Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

You will need to re-order DeskScapes.
What do you mean re-order because I made the purchase with MasterCard card of a virtual prepaid card.
Then I'll lose the money paid?
