Snapshot Shows Icons, But Icons Not Restored ?

 The icons on the far right (vertical string of FireFox links) are either not getting restored or are being restored to an off-screen location.

 On one hand, the second seems likely because of the restored locations of the ones I can see.... there just is not much screen left to the right....

 But, on the other hand, I also note that the vertical string of FireFox links at about the center of the snapshot are also not getting restored.

Am I the only one ?
