hehe thought a lil flatery might get your attention

Any word on status of an update or new items coming? I know you guys are busy but just an occational blip would be nice hehe. We figured out how to fix the none yellow log out background but I at least cant figure out how to turn the background of the buttons for dropdown buttons like the address bar on the taskbar transparent so it doesnt have a grey box around it when sitting on a red background.

Anyway like said we know your busy but how bout a teaser once in a while.

There's a new skin coming from them for WC subscribers soon, and they're also working on another premium Pixtudio suite right now.

ah poo hehe, was hoping for info on the updates and fixes they were working on for Toon-Xp hehe. Know they have alot of other irons on the fire too tho.

A CursorXP set would be nice, I'm currently using (& have almost always used) OldSys. IMHO one of the BEST CursorXP sets ever. I was really hoping for a "Mickey Mouse hand" set or something like that, a cartoon-y gloved hand (like OldSys's link cursor) as the main pointer with perhaps a moving finger (ie: button pushing) link cursor. I can hope...

Im using Wasp Revisited myself for now. Got it here a while back buts its gone from the archives last time I looked for someone else. I did end up posting my copy to the Cursorxp binary group for someone tho if anyone else wants to look at it. Not sure if the file has autor name in it to give em credit but pls don't think I created it hehe, I have nowhere near the skill needed.

Well a word or two from someone about issues or fixes would be nice. I emailed Stardock a couple days ago about a DX problem (it's not working after I installed Toons) and am waiting for some feedback. Oh well....

I'm using mellow yellow cursor set...it kinda blends well as it has a cartoony feel to it.

I can get the DX to work only if I reload it every time, which is a real pain.

If you pay for a skin, shouldn't they support it in a reasonable time frame? Like if they put a skin out and it has bugs, and I paid for that skin, I really don't want to hear "Well we can't fix that right now, we are working on another skin." That would be like Microsoft not patching XP because they are working on Longhorn. When you start charging for skins, people expect more then they would by downloading a freebie. Just my opinion, so flame on.

well to be fair they havent said that. Think it was someone else saying they are working on other stuff so really don't think the deserve flameing for that. Personally find it hard to believe they are just ignoring it for now. Figure its just takeing time and was hopeing they would say something as to status.

Jess McGuay: when an author removes his skins or cursors from public distribution, should respect that wish and not start distributing it on your own.

If LeCrayon deleted his Wasp cursors, he may have had his reasons. He perfectly has the right, he's the author.

I wasnt trying to. Someone asked me about it I said to dl they said couldnt find could I up it so was trying to be nice. I never intended disrespect nor did I post it to a website to get hits or to claim as own. I did sort of make the assumption that since had put 2 versions out avail to public that they were allowed to be posted to CursorXP binary group. If you are the author and mad I appologize. If your not and as I tried to make clear long before ever put it up and no on said anything don't really think its fair to jump down my throat now a month after I posted about makeing it avail if okay and no one said no. Said when I posted had no way to reach author to make sure and whatnot. It was released to the public and I actually though Wincustom took it out to make room for new stuff. Is no way to know when the stuff just vanishes as to why. Anyway I did my best to make sure BEFORE I posted it at someones request and a month after is wonderful time to suddenly choose to tell me Im a horrible person for trying to help.

Teach me from now on you have made sure I keep my mouth shut never post and never try to help thx for improving my outlook

Troya: I don't want to be too cranky but I do agree that timely support for a paid product should be available. I'm not waiting for new additions to the suite, just some feedback from Stardock regarding an apparent issue that some others also have had with the DX portion of the suite.
