2 monitor computer -- 2 monitors

I have the KVM version ($39.99) but I can’t seem to view both monitors of the Secondary computer?

Is the only way to do that to open another KVM window and connect a second instance to the Secondary computer? If so, seems like I need the Pro version, and if that is the case, is there a way to upgrade? (or do I have to purchase a new Pro license)

Thanks,

BK

You cannot view both screens at the same time using KVM (or KVM Pro).  A second connection will disconnect the first.

Neil - thank you for your reply.  At the top menu there's a plus button that says "Open another Multiplicity Window (KVM Pro or Higher)"  Would this not allow me to view the 2nd monitor of the Secondary computer at the same time?

I was under the impression I could do so as in the Multipliciy FAQ it says "Multiplicity can be easily configured to support dual, triple, or quad head monitors on up to nine computers"

If I'm mistaken, is there a work-around?

Thank you again!
