Help with DesktopX

I'm Run DesktopX and when i put up themes my start bar keeps on poping up when it shouldn't be there at all.

in configure desktopx (right click any where on the desk top) under theme settings you will find a couple of little boxes for hiding taskbar and icons that should do it

that is the seting that makes it happen bacouse it was checked
