Problems with WB3.0E

First I ran it on WinXP Home, it worked fine. But recently I upgraded to Xp Pro and when I try to load WB it just don´t do it and returns inmediatly to the xp theme but with a lenghten in the taskbar. Strangely I notice that in Appereance settings the classic theme appears like XP default and the actual Xp Theme appears like classic style....
