Calendar?

Hello everyone. Just recently picked up Fence 2.0, thought it was fantastic, looking for similarly fantastic software for a desktop calendar and/or To-Do/Planner(even sticky notes). If this is a Stardock product that would be great although if not, I'm still open to suggestions. Just needs to be legit and clean and clear. It would be ideal if this could port schedule from another application but perhaps not necesary. I am using windows 7. Thanks.
