Cursor disappears when moving/re-sizing browser windows

Windows 10

I've recently purchased Multiplicity 3 and it has been working fairly well so far. I've noticed recently that when re-sizing a Chrome window (or trying to drag 1 Chrome Tab to another Chrome window to combine tabs into 1 browser window) causes the mouse to slow down and eventually disappears.

Primary PC: Windows 10, C2Q 9550, GTX 750, 8GB Ram

Secondary PC: Windows 7 SP1, i5-5300U, 8GB Ram (dell laptop)

I've seen many screenshots showing a "fake cursor" checkbox but it doesn't show up on either of my secondary machines (both laptops).

Version: 3.4 Build 00076 (latest to date)

I wanted to add that I re-tested on the laptop with the following situations:

Primary Not Connected:

- Secondary software loaded -- no issues

- Logitech mouse/settings software loaded -- no issues

Primary Connected:

- Secondary software loaded (obviously) -- experience issue

- Logitech mouse/settings

   - Loaded: experience issue

   - Not loaded: experience issue

Same situations occur on a totally separate laptop (also on Win 7 SP1)

Note: Issue does not happen on IE10. I can freely remove and combine tabs with no issue on the cursor.
