I can;t get the window blinds to come up on my computer. Does anyone know why?

Just to make sure, did you install the windowblinds program?

Assuming it is installed correctly

1.Go to your control panel.
2.Open display properties.
(Or right-click an empty place on your desktop and select properties)
3.go to appearance.
4.Where it says "Windows and buttons" scroll through the choices and select a theme.
5. Click Okay.
