Another newbie needs help

hi people. i just windows xp from a friend of mine. i heard about this site and was really shocked and amazed at all this skins and suite/themes that you guys have made. my issue right now is that the suite/themes that are here don't work with xp. i dunno if i just missed something important (i hate reading), but are these themes compatible with xp? if not, are there any at all? help! i want to be cool too! lol.

Every category listed on the left is a skin format that requires a program to make it work (except wallpapers). Download the program and the skns will work. There's a link to the software at the top of each section's skins list. There's also a FAQ at the top of this message board... you should read that.

Everything on this site works with XP btw...

WindowsXP from a friend. Hmmmm.

What DavidK said is Windowblinds skins need Windowblinds installed, DesktopX skins needs DesktopX installed, etc.

Note: Stardock doesn't particularly like friends to share their programs. If you get the meaning

hope someone can help....i just subscribed today to wincustom and when i try to log on it tells me my subscribtion has expired ???? I just purchased it today it said it was good for two years not one hour. I'm a first time subscriber .... any idea what i should do ??? thanks

I would say give the subscription time to get situated.

If that doesn't work then email Stardock. They are very good at helping with glitches.

I know this sounds stupid, but I've seen it before. You might want to make sure your system date is correct.
