Wat Do I Do When I Have Finished Downloading Something

Have lunch. It depends on what you downloaded as to what programs you need to have loaded.

If u have downloaded a wallpaper, use the desktop settings dialog box (available by right clicking on an empty space on your desktop) to change it. (right click > properties > desktop (tab) > Browse)
