Error after download of Fences

After installing Fences and inputting my email address for activation,I am getting the following error:

There is nothing wrong with my connection as I am able to access other applications. I tried to find the cache and license file mentioned from previous posts, but as you can see,they are not there.. PLEASE HELP!!

Looks like the image will not upload...I'm guessing due to my job's encryption policies..is there somewhere I can email this image to?
