Fences and Windows 10

Hey, I upgraded to Windows 10, I didn’t get any compatibility notice that it wasn’t when installing or I would have removed Fences 2, but I’m stuck now. I can’t move icons; I can delete a shortcut or folder.

At present I tried to uninstall fences 2 , then it wouldn’t reboot, I had to go back to a restore point I set

To get it back to a running state with the same issue as before I removed fences 2.

If someone can get me to fences 3, or how to make a registry change so I can move the icons would be helpful or a work around.

Has anyone installed the update Fences 3 Beta on windows 10 and had Fences 2 installed?

If that will work I will purchase the package?
