Anyway to create themes ?

Hello, i've recently installed start10 and I would like to know can i create a theme ? This will be possible in a next update ?

Or it's possible and I don't know how to do that ?

In fact, i would like to made something like this.

There is a tool to build a theme included with Start10. If you look in the installation folder it should be called Start10ThemeEdit.exe

I don't Understant Anything; (English is'nt my native laguage...)
