Deactivate / Activate on Non Internet PC

Hello,

I purchased a license and installed for testing on a PC with no internet. Used the USB method to activate.

How do I now de-active this license to re-install on the production PC and activate again. Is the deactivate the same.. use the USB method?

Can someone provide the steps needed. thanks.

I do not believe we offer a non internet method of deactivation.
