this skin I downloaded doesn't look right

There's this skin called Beacon that I have had on my computer for awhile, so today I get the full version of windows blinds and the skin looks all messed up, there's semi-transparent white boxes all over a lot of the buttons, does someone know what's wrong?
Any help would be appreciated.

There's a new version of it with some updates available. Best thing to do is download the new one by right-clicking on the link and doing a "save target as". Then delete the skin from WB using the WB config window (run a different skin when you do this) and use the "install skin fron disc" button to install the new copy from where you downloaded it to...

could be Hyperpaint setting is to high?

I just updated windows xp and all of a sudden there were lines colored the same color as the solid background bleeding through. So I oved the Hyperpaint slide over one setting and bingo, all is well...

I think MS updated my video driver on me and I was stupid enough to not read and see exactly what patches where being applied... dumb of me for sure...
