Start Bar HELP!!

I have been completely customizing my PC with boot screens, logins, and visual styles but cannot figure out how to take the "Windows XP Home Edition" off the classic style start bar. I want to put a picture or other text there, but how. Also I would like to change the flag waving in IE to something else.

Use WindowBlinds http://www.windowblinds.net/ for the start bar...

Use WebBlinds https://www.stardock.com/products/webblinds/ for the flag.

you can use windowblinds and webblinds for those tasks... however... on the classic start menu I don't believe their is a way to change to the text... im sorry... you can completely change the start menu to something else though with Object Bar... http://www.objectbar.net
