Win 10 Portal Icon Resize (view) Issue

Right Click - VIEW - Gives Stardock Opacity settings, not Icon size

I created 2 portals on my desktop, the icons populate, but when I right click in the portal and select VIEW I get the Fences dialogue:

Exclude...

Opacity...

Lock..

Instead of small medium, large , etc icons.

Still a problem! Uninstalled, rebooted, ran CCleaner, rebooted, reinstalled. Still Large Icons with now way to make smaller.
