I have been completely customizing my PC with boot screens, logins, and visual styles but cannot figure out how to take the "Windows XP Home Edition" off the start bar. I want to put a picture or other text there, but how. Also I would like to change the flag waving in IE to something else.

If your on WindowsXP you can double click on the picture on the top of the srart bar and it will open up your user account and there you can "change my picture" I don't know how to change the test tho.
Also in IE you can use "WebBlinds" to change the Icon in the top right half of IE.
