Start8 Deactivated

Why?????

Why has my start8 been deactivated from my computer and when I try to activate with the same keep it tells me it's activated on another system. I currently have 3 license so this should not be the case. Please advise not a happy customer consider I just bought a new license a few days a go for another PC

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

You should have the option to deactivate any other PCs that may no longer be in use so that you can activate any you still have (up to the max of 5). 

If you do not see a deactivate option when activating, please make sure you are using the email \ product key activation option and (important) that you have the most current version of the product.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Looks like there was a bug in a recent update to our activation web services that was causing a de-activation under certain conditions.  We have corrected the problem on our servers.  You should be able to re-activate your software by entering your ProductKey and Email (or logon credentials).  Our apologies for any inconveniences this may have caused.
