How to extract bmp files from DesktopX theme?

Does anyone know how to extract bmp images from a DesktopX theme?

*.dxtheme files are really zip files so you can open them with something like ObjectZip or WinZip and get at them that way

Also you can use the built in application within IconPackager by the name of "Icon Explorer". Then you can run rampant throughout your system clicking on all sorts of files till you find an icon you like. Assuming that by "images" you mean "icons".
