Icon Packager not skinning all icons?

My friend recently got Icon Packager but the thing is it seems to be skinng the icons it knows but the ones it doesn't recognise are showing as transparent or blank. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've seen that happen occasionally on my desktop icons (My Computer, My documents)

Hitting load an apply to apply the icon set again seems to fix it. I have no idea why it happens in the first place though

Hmm, it's very strange. I was thinking of purchasing it myself too but I'm kinda worried now.

Well, I've only seen it happen on this one computer. Never on any others, and it only happens once in a while, and just reapplying it again corrects it. I've been using IconPackager for years and other than this little glitch have never had a problem
