Icon are blocked in the fences

hello

i have w10 with the "stardock w10 start" as w7.

now i can't move any folder, docs programs from one fence to an other

whats wrong here ??

Are you using the latest version of Fences from your acount?

Also, did you try reinstalling after updating to Windows 10?
