When do tickets get replied to?? I've waited 4 days now and still cant use the software that I subscribed for
The title says it all - deskscapes and fences wont work - keeps asking me to activate - I activate and it says 'thank you' and then asks me to activate again! My desktop is unusable (if I so much as click on it I get the activation window), and deskscapes just doesn't show (it reverts to wallpapers) - I appreciate mistakes happen.. but surely a paying customer should receive a response within a reasonable time frame (especially when this issue is effecting the computer and consequently effecting my work pace)
Please help me.
