When do tickets get replied to?? I've waited 4 days now and still cant use the software that I subscribed for

The title says it all - deskscapes and fences wont work - keeps asking me to activate - I activate and it says 'thank you' and then asks me to activate again! My desktop is unusable (if I so much as click on it I get the activation window), and deskscapes just doesn't show (it reverts to wallpapers) - I appreciate mistakes happen.. but surely a paying customer should receive a response within a reasonable time frame (especially when this issue is effecting the computer and consequently effecting my work pace)

 

Please help me.

Due to the majority who have upgraded to Windows 10 there is somewhat of a backlog. Be patient, someone will get back to you. I'm also waiting on support.

Support tickets are answered on a first come first served basis. After receiving the auto-generated support ticket number you should not send in another reply until hearing directly from a Support tech otherwise your position in the support queue will reset to the last in.

During the work week, Monday - Friday (9am-4pm EST)

I do have the exact same problem ... is there a fix for this by now?

 

I tried uninstall / reinstall already, doesn´t fix this, thanks.
