i need to know how to apply yhe changes i download

i am new here. i have downloaded some windowsblinds. The problem is that i dotn know where to place the file so that i will be able to change to the new blind. Please help

If you have the application program WindowBlinds installed, you just need to save the files wherever you wish and then double click on it (it should have a .wba extension.) Then you can go to display properties>appearance (for XP) and you'll find your WB skin there.

You need the WindowBlinds program. http://www.windowblinds.net

Once it's installed and running, you can double-click the windowblinds skins files and they'll automatically get copied to the right place.

Then, you can go to your Windows Display Properties, select the Appearance or Skin tab, select the skin from the dropdown list and press the apply button
