Quick one here, what is the secret of a good skin or theme?
Im planning on making the best skin ever, and am wondering
what features people want or dont want in a windowblinds skin.

I think it should be all curvy and pritty...you know the type that look complex and distract you and get you confused

No something simple that looks good that you could always use, nothing that looks rubish but nothing to complex cos they are just evil.
