Stand by, restart and shut down window

Is there a way that you can skin that? I saw it on the picture that the creator put for the skin. Just curious cause it seems that it's like the only thing out of place....along with the switch user window.

It is skinned by the current alpha of WB4 available only for XP and only to ODNT users. Also only available if the skinner made the images for it.

if those things are true, then yes. Be aware that it's alpha, although I'm not having any real problems at all.
