Desktop icons not arranging correctly in Fences 2

Hey guys,

I think it was following a quick resolution change (brought on by an old game) my fences started aligning the icons on my desktop incorrectly. The bottom row is inaccessible for icons, and instead they just snap to the top of the next column.

I haven't messed with my fence settings since the initial install. I've tried enabling and disabling every setting in "display". Switching to Large Icons seems to fill up the screen just fine, but beyond changing the size, those settings didn't change anything.

Disabling Fences allows Windows to display correctly.

I've tried reinstalling and getting rid of the folders I could find in Programs and AppData, but that didn't seem to delete the actual settings, so how would I go about completely wiping fences, including all of the settings?

I'm running Windows 7 64, but as I stated, Windows doesn't have a problem displaying correctly on its own.
