can anyone tel me how to set the rollup height of a window?

In the UIS file for a Windowblinds skin Under the [Personality] heading there's a line that says "RollupSize=xx". Open the file in Notepad and change that value. It's the rolled-up height in pixels and should be at least the combined height of the top and bottom frames.

If your top/bottom margins for the left and right borders are bigger than your top bottom frames, use those two figures for determingin the rollup height. You might get a bit of horrible overlapping if you don't.
