Desktop Icons will not move in Windows 10

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7. Fences 2.0 worked perfectly in my earlier OS but now I cannot move icons into or out of Fences or on the desktop.

I have been told that other people have solved this problem by updating to Fences 2.13. How can one update Fences, I cannot find anywhere the update link!
