Jump Lists missing "Tasks"

Just updated to the release version hoping this would be fixed, but no such luck (which makes me wonder if this might not be a problem local to my particular setup.) The Jump Lists for my pinned applications will populate their Recent and Pinned lists, but no other list. Most significantly, I'm missing the "Tasks" Jump Lists from all Start10 pinned entries, though they show up just fine in the taskbar right-click menus (I get no Jump Lists at all--even Recent/Pinned--in the default Windows 10 Start Menu.) Is it possible that I somehow set a registry or group policy that's preventing my Jump Lists from correctly populating? Everything worked fine under Windows 8.1/Start8 but has never worked under Windows 10/Start10.
