OK, WinStyles is messed up...

I just deleted a DesktopX theme from within WinStyles, and then... it just closed. When I opened it again, it worked fine, but as soon as I went to the DesktopX menu, it just closed again. I've reinstalled DesktopX, and still does the same thing. Should i totally reinstall Object Desktop?

depends. Was the DX theme you delete the last one you used? If so, then all the DX objects and such are still in your 'admin theme' folder. There may be some stray plugins. Try going to the dx themes folder and double clicking the "Blank" theme. Then restart DX. See if that works. You also can right click on the DX systray icon and open the object browser. Select all the objects, right click and delete. Answer 'yes' if it asks something about deleting parents, groups, whatever. Then restart DX. You should, of course, get nothing showing. But now there won't be any active plugins or anything.

Stu, did changing it to the default which forces it to load a clean settings for DTX work?

It's probably looking for the last theme that you are running (which you deleted). Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling DesktopX?
