Icons don't move with fences

Hi,

I use windows 8.1

I have fences 2.13 installed.

The icons don't see to be associated with the fences. For example, I move my fence around but the icons "in" the fence don't see to move with it.

Also, once I move the fence, although the icons don't move, the icons that are out of the fence's boundaries disappear.

help?
