Newbie Question: How do I use Object Desktop?

Okay, I feel like a moron, but how do you use object desktop. I've got everything downloaded from the component manager, so now what?

Don't feel like a moron...new software can be a bit confusing to anyone on the first try.

Just click on the icon on the very left of the Component manager that says "Downloaded components" and then all of your downloaded components will show up in alphabetical order...click on any of them you wish to install and below will be an option to install. Once you've installed an icon next to that component listed wil turn green letting you know it's installed and anything that isn't installed will show a little red icon next to it.
