Complete sets?
Go to the WinStyles Library and check out the Suites there to get you an idea, I presume you don't have WinStyles yet. Or go into the Windowblinds library, Some authors supply links to other matching items to thier WindowBlinds

mmmm, depends on your likes and dislikes in style really.

But you do have the ability on this site to choose work from some of the top skinners around and those working their way to that level also

CursorXP http://www.cursorxp.com/
IconPackager https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager
Logons https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/
WindowBlinds http://www.windowblinds.net/

Some Programs to get ya started. They all have Shareware versions or free for you to download and try.

CursorXP will most likely be in a zip file, Just open the Zip file and double click the CurXPtheme file.
WindowBlinds Themes will start to download themselves when you click on one you like, after downloading you will beasked to open or save the file, choosing open will install the the file into the WindowBlinds directory.
IconPackager and Logons Work pretty much the same as WindowBlinds Except you get the option to open or save the file before downloading.
If you want to save your files before opening them, Create a folder in your MY Documents Directory(just an Example) and rename it whatever you like and when saving downloads, point them to the new folder you created.

Hope this helps ya out
