Cannot install either alone or through ODM

Everytime I try to install WindowsBlinds (WB) 8.12 I get a message saying Reboot required - Please reboot to complete the WB uninstall before proceeding with the new installation. the install will now exit.

I do not have any version of WB on my PC. each and every time it does this - very frustrating.

It seems to be loading and installing using ODM but when it says install completed and you press next to go and start the program, there is nothing there but the other stardock app I am using. (Deskscape 8 ).

Is there a fix or a solution for this out there ?

Make sure you don't have any security software installed that might be interfering with the installation. Try disabling any and try installing.
