A Skinners Guide to Geography

In my family, we used to while away the hours spent on long car trips by playing word games. Hangman and Geography (you have to name a place that starts with the last letter of the preceding place) were two of our favorites.
After a while, we used to make up variations. One person would challenge the others. I never said my family wasn't strange.
So, here is the challenge. For each letter of the alphabet, name a place and the skinner that lives there.
Let me start it out:
A is for Australia, where Jafo studies the Bryce'y arts.
B is for Brazil, home of the mighty Treetog.
C is for Canada, where Alexandrie weaves her magic.
C'mon now, help me out! You know I can't remember all those letters!
