The problem stop for a while when i send you an e-mail about this

Nothing worng with the server... works fine here. Must have something to do with account status.

I was having this problem a while back, seems to be fixed now. I got around it by using https://www.wincustomize.com\ ... the wrong slash at the end seems to work.

Odd though.

I'm thinking he's probably international. Now, from what I understand, there are numerous ports people have to go through.. because wc is a problem site when I'm in China. It's probably a port of his that he needs to go through that's not functioning right and it looks like a server problem on this end.
