For some reason I remember there being a MS patch for something simular a few months back.

Do you have SP-1 installed?

though it might have been Office 2002 ( XP ) that the patch I am thinking of is for...

if not, I am willing to bet you would have to edit the menu panel in Skinstudio so it tiled or stretched out as far as you need it?
