does anybody know how to shut down pc through object dock and not start menu?

actually if you do a search in the libraries for ObjectDock you will find a power OD setup. Full instructions for installing it and configuring are included in the zip...

Check this out, it provides commandline commands the shut down different versions of Windows. You could create a shortcut that runs one of these commands for ObjectDock.
