Isn't it a nice idea to start a new library where artists can post their .3ds and .br5 files for people that has just started, so they can also make cool wallpapers and stuff...?

The existing graphics library is for just that kind of thing. The description reads:

"Submit your artwork and designs so application skinners can create skins from your designs and masterpieces!"

That's what you mean, right?

yeah, but isn't that for 2d graphics, and .psd files? I am talking about bryce and 3d studio stuff.

No its not just for 2d. I would say just about any type of graphic formats are acceptable.

that is the file format you save a file in bryce and photoshop.
