The skin has been exiled and Mike has been sent a warning/explaination email. Sometimes new people just don't understand the code of conduct in the skinning community (and don't read the terms they agree to when they upload), so I give them the benefit of the doubt the first time. He is aware of the rules now though.

i was wondering about that before...is it possible for me to ask permission from an author to use his/her wall for inspiration kinda thing...NOT a copy just for ideas

Yes, as long as you have permission from the original author, you can do whatever they have given you permission to do. Often people get permission to port a skin to another application, or use a wallpaper in a logon or DesktopX theme, etc. If you make a wallpaper inspired by someone else's wallpaper, that is ok as long as they have given you permission to upload it.

MikeB314, does it take a bit longer to remove it from the WC Browser? I can still see it and download it.
