mmm, torn between the opinion, if they like to play *with* fire, I wonder what their opinion of playing *in* fire would be... and not expressing my opinion

lightening is one thing, natural, can't really do much but try to be ready for it, but arson?

That is pretty much intent to commit murder in my opinion. They know very well what the topology is like, the habitat and the chances of a number of people not making it through that, let alone property destruction and death of animal life and such.
